摘要

设计并分析了一种轴向加载大吨位伺服油缸,以满足航空航天、汽车制造等领域的高精度测试需求.对油缸的结构、密封、导向和安装进行了详细设计,并选用了高精度传感器进行实时监测,性能测试结果表明,油缸在静态和动态条件下均达到了设计要求,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to design and analyze an axial loading large tonnage servo cylinder to meet the demand for high precision testing in aerospace and automotive manufacturing.The study carries out a detailed design of the structure,sealing,guiding and mounting of the cylinder,and selects a high-precision sensor for real-time monitoring,and the performance test results show that the cylinder meets the design requirements under both static and dynamic conditions,and has good stability and reliability.
