摘要

在企业生产制造模式中,柔性线生产具有传统手工线生产不具备的生产效率高、生产能力稳定的优势.相比传统手工线生产,柔性线生产使用了大量的非标自动化设备,在设备实现产品物料自动化生产制造的过程中,物料的取放动作尤为常见.从物料取放功能的实现,分析了在非标自动化设备中最常使用的夹取结构、吸附结构的设计计算分析和应用场景说明.

Abstract

In the production mode of enterprises,flexible line production has the advantages of high production efficiency and stable production capacity that traditional manual line production does not have.Compared with traditional manual line production,flexible line production uses a large number of non-standard automation equipment,In the process of automatic production and manufacturing of products and materials,the take-and-place action of materials is particularly common.This paper expounds the design,calculation,analysis and application scenario of the most commonly used clamp structure and adsorption structure in non-standard automation equipment from the realization of the material taking and placing function.
