NGW型锚杆钻机减速器的MATLAB优化设计

行星轮系减速器是气动锚杆钻机的关键传动装置,因机器的工作空间相对狭小,应该尽可能减小传动系统的体积,需要合理的对减速器的结构进行设计,在以往传统的行星齿轮减速器设计中一般通过反复的试凑、校核确定设计方案,虽然也能获得满足给定条件的设计方案,但是该方案可能不是最佳的选择,并且计算周期长,易出错。因此采用MATLAB软件对锚杆钻机上的减速器建立数学模型,并进行体积最小为优化设计目标,以应对锚杆钻机的操作工作空间狭小的问题。结果表明,在保证强度的前提下,能够较大幅度减小减速器的体积,在优化的过程中明显地提高了减速器的设计效率,对锚杆钻机的体积优化有一定的指导意义。
MATLAB Optimization Design of Reducer for NGW Type Anchor Drilling Rig
The planetary gear reducer is the key transmission device of the pneumatic anchor drilling rig,because the working space of the machine is relatively small,the volume of the transmission system should be reduced as much as possible,and it is necessary to design the structure of the reducer reasonably,and the design of the reducer is generally determined through repeated trial and error and checking of the traditional planetary gear reducer design,although it is also possible to get the design program that meets the given conditions,the program may not be the optimal choice,and the calculation period may not be very long.is not the best choice,and the calculation cycle is long and easy to make mistakes.Therefore,MATLAB software is used to establish a mathematical model for the reducer on the anchor drilling rig,and the minimum volume is the optimization design objective to cope with the problem of narrow operating workspace of the anchor drilling rig.The results show that under the premise of ensuring strength,the volume of the reducer can be reduced more substantially,and the design efficiency of the set reducer is obviously improved in the process of optimization,which is of some significance in guiding the volume optimization of the anchor drilling rig.
