多级离心泵的结构优化与流量控制技术

研究通过计算流体动力学(CFD)分析和实验测试,对多级离心泵的结构进行优化设计。采用叶轮叶片角度调整、扩散器优化等方法提高泵效率。同时,开发基于模糊PID控制的智能流量调节系统,实现泵的精确流量控制。结果表明,优化后的多级离心泵效率提升7。3%,流量控制精度达到±1。1%。研究成果为高效节能多级离心泵的设计与控制提供了新的技术方案。
Structure Optimisation and Flow Control Technology of Multistage Centrifugal Pumps
The study was conducted to optimise the structure of a multistage centrifugal pump through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis and experimental tests.Impeller blade angle adjustment and diffuser optimisation are adopted to improve the pump efficiency.Meanwhile,an intelligent flow regulation system based on fuzzy PID control is developed to achieve precise flow control of the pump.The results show that the optimised multistage centrifugal pump efficiency is increased by 7.3%,and the flow control accuracy reaches±1.1%.The research results provide a new technical solution for the design and control of energy-efficient multistage centrifugal pumps.
