矿用轴流式通风机叶型优化设计及工业应用

导轮叶型是通风机的关键结构参数,以FBCDNo14型轴流式通风机的叶型结构为研究对象,基于正交试验思想并基于Fluent软件开展优化设计工作.优化对象为沿叶片径向方向的6个截面的安装角度,优化目标是通风机的效率和总压.应用结果发现,通过改变叶型结构能在一定程度上提升设备的全压和效率,新结构与原结构相比较全压和效率分别提升了 7.76%和7.17%.将优化后的叶型结构应用到煤矿工程中,发现煤矿工作面的风速提升了 14.21%,瓦斯浓度降低了 27.63%,温度降低了 8%,在保障矿井安全方面发挥了更大作用.
Optimization Design and Industrial Application of Blade Profile for Mining Axial Fan
The guide wheel blade shape is a key structural parameter of a fan.The blade structure of FBCDNo14 axial flow fan is studied,and optimization design work is carried out based on orthogonal experimental ideas and Fluent software.The optimization object is the installation angle of 6 sections along the radial direction of the blade,and the optimization goal is the efficiency and total pressure of the ventilation fan.It was found that changing the blade structure can improve the total pressure and efficiency of the equipment to a certain extent Compared with the original structure,the new structure has increased the total pressure and efficiency by 7.76%and 7.17%,respectively.Applying the optimized blade structure to coal mine engineering,it was found that the wind speed of the coal mine working face increased by 14.21%,the gas concentration decreased by 27.63%,and the temperature decreased by 8%,playing a greater role in ensuring mine safety.
