以ZY4000型矿用液压支架为研究对象,针对其顶梁结构易出现故障损坏等问题,采用UG软件建立支架的三维立体模型,并通过Ansys软件分析顶梁结构在偏载及扭转工况下的强度及变形特征,结果表明,顶梁在扭转工况下的最大应力值超过了材料的屈服极限。通过增加筋板等应力集中部位的厚度,使支架顶梁的最大应力降低了 65。23%,最大变形量降低了 12。29%,更重要的是,顶梁的应力最大值降低到了材料的屈服强度以下,为企业的安全生产奠定了良好的基础。
Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimization of Roof Beam of ZY4000 Type Mining Hydraulic Support
Taking ZY4000 mining hydraulic support as the research object,in view of its roof beam structure is prone to failure damage and other problems,the three-dimensional three-dimensional model of the support was established by using UG software,and the strength and deformation characteristics of the roof beam structure under partial load and torsion were analyzed by using Ansys software,and the results showed that the maximum stress value of the roof beam in the torsion exceeded the yield limit of the material.By thickening the thickness of the stress-concentrated parts such as the fascia plate,the maximum stress of the top beam of the support is reduced by 65.23%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 12.29%,and more importantly,the maximum stress of the top beam is reduced to below the yield strength of the material,which lays a good foundation for the safe production of the enterprise.
