针对矿用液压支架易出现顶梁裂缝的问题,以ZY9000/45/22D型液压支架为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件构建出液压支架顶梁的有限元模型,然后以此为基础,分别模拟分析了顶梁的静力学特性与模态特性,进而根据模拟分析结果制定出支架顶梁结构优化方案,并通过实践应用的方式进行验证.由验证可知,该方法可得到较为精确的定量受力特性,有利于提升液压支架顶梁的强度与刚度,因而可将该方法推广到液压支架设计与优化领域.
Optimisation Study of ZY9000/45/22D Hydraulic Support Roof Beam Structure
Aiming at the problem that the roof beam of mining hydraulic bracket is prone to cracks,taking ZY9000/45/22D hydraulic bracket as the research object,the finite element model of the roof beam of the hydraulic bracket is constructed by using ANSYS software,and then the static and modal characteristics of the roof beam are simulated and analysed respectively on the basis of the simulation,and then the structural optimization of the roof beam of the bracket is formulated based on the simulation results and verified by the way of practical application.The optimisation scheme was developed based on the simulation results and verified through practical application.From the validation,it can be seen that the method can obtain more accurate quantitative force characteristics,which is conducive to improving the strength and stiffness of the hydraulic support roof beam,and thus can be extended to the field of hydraulic support design and optimization.
