皮带运输机监控装置优化设计与试验

针对南寨煤矿皮带运输机监控装置存在远程监控参数不全、故障保护能力不足、工人劳动强度大的问题,提出皮带运输机监控装置优化方案。在分析皮带运输机结构的基础上,详细阐述了监控装置控制箱、硬件以及软件思想,最后完成工业性试验。试验结果表明,优化后的皮带运输机监控装置监控参数齐全、故障保护能力强,减轻了工人劳动强度,日输煤量提升9。1%,日用电量减少12。2%,保障了皮带运输机高效、连续、安全运行。
Optimized Design and Test of Monitoring Device for a Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the problems of incomplete remote monitoring parameters,insufficient fault protection ability and high labor intensity of workers in the monitoring device of belt conveyor in Nanzhai coal mine,the optimization scheme of belt conveyor monitoring device is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the structure of the belt conveyor,the control box,hardware and software ideas of the monitoring device are elaborated in detail,and finally the industrial test is completed.The test results show that the optimized monitoring device of the belt conveyor has complete monitoring parameters,strong fault protection ability,reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the daily coal conveying capacity by 9.1%,and reduces the daily electricity consumption by 12.2%,which ensures the high efficiency,continuous and safe operation of the belt conveyor.
