带式输送机驱动头架有限元分析及优化

为了解决跑偏工况、启动工况下带式输送机驱动头架受力容易破坏的问题,利用数值模拟软件对驱动头架进行模拟分析,发现部件存在一定的应力集中,但整体结构能够满足强度及刚度的要求。同时对结构进行动力学分析,发现当激振频率在35 Hz附近时,此时的带式输送机驱动头架会出现较大位移,会造成驱动头架损坏。针对模拟情况,利用参数设计软件对驱动头架的参数进行设计优化,给出了参数设计方案,为带式输送机驱动头架优化提供依据。
Finite Element Analysis and Optimisation of Belt Conveyor Drive Headframe
In order to solve the problem that the driving head frame of belt conveyor is easily damaged by the stress under runaway condition and start-up condition,numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyse the driving head frame,and it is found that there is a certain amount of stress concentration in the parts,but the overall structure can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.At the same time on the structure of the dynamic analysis,found that when the excitation frequency of 35 Hz near the belt conveyor drive head frame at this time,there will be a large displacement,will cause damage to the drive head frame.For the simulation situation,the parameter design software is used to optimise the parameters of the drive head frame,and the parameter design scheme is given to provide a basis for the optimisation of the drive head frame of the belt conveyor.
