通过对广州粤升半导体设备有限公司原有细长轴的驱动结构、固定连接方式、轴材料及加工工艺进行理论分析,了解影响细长轴回转稳定性的因素,探索优化思路及设计更加合理的两自由度细长轴结构。通过对轴的受力与变形分析,逐处分析原有结构的弊端,研究细长轴的远动状态,从旋转驱动结构受力分析、轴承的选用及安装方式、轴承的分布及数量、细长轴受力情况、材料对变形的影响,加工工艺等影响因素尽可能全面地优化细长轴结构,提高当前细长轴的回转稳定性,从而提升设备的性能及效率,为相似类型的细长轴结构和设计提供思路及理论支撑。
Stability Study of Slender Axis with Two Degrees of Freedom
This study analyzes the drive structure,fixed connection,shaft material and processing technology of the original slender shaft of our company theoretically,to understand the factors affecting the rotary stability of the slender shaft,to explore the optimization ideas and design a more reasonable two-degree-of-freedom slender shaft structure.By analyzing the force and deformation of the shaft,analyzing the disadvantages of the original structure one by one,studying the telematic state of the slender shaft,optimizing the slender shaft structure as comprehensively as possible from the analysis of the force of the rotary drive structure,the selection of bearings and mounting methods,the distribution and number of bearings,the force of the slender shaft,the influence of the material on the deformation,and the influence of the machining process,so as to improve the rotary stability of the current slender shaft and thus enhance the performance and efficiency of the equipment.This will improve the rotary stability of the current slender shaft,thus enhancing the performance and efficiency of the equipment,and provide ideas and theoretical support for the structure and design of similar types of slender shafts.
