以WC8E型胶轮车为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的胶轮车驾驶室结构拓扑优化设计方案.首先根据胶轮车驾驶室具体情况,构建出胶轮车驾驶室有限元模型,之后以此为基础,分别分析了胶轮车驾驶室侧翻动态响应情况及假人模型动态响应情况,进而以此为基础,利用多目标拓扑优化设计的方式,对胶轮车驾驶室结构进行优化设计,以改善胶轮车驾驶室性能,为提升胶轮车安全运行提供支持.
Research on Topology Optimization of WC8E Rubber Wheelbarrow Cab Structure
Taking WC8E rubber wheel truck as an example,a topology optimization design scheme of rubber wheel truck cab structure based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,according to the specific situation of rubber wheel truck cab,the finite element model of rubber wheel truck cab is constructed,and then the dynamic response of rubber wheel truck cab rollover and the dynamic response of dummy model are analyzed on the basis of this,and then on the basis of this,the multi-objective optimization design is used to optimize the design of rubber wheel truck cab structure in order to improve the performance of rubber wheel truck cab,and provide support for the improvement of the safe operation of rubber wheel trucks.The optimized design of the cab structure of rubber wheel truck is based on this,and then the optimized design of the cab structure of rubber wheel truck is used to improve the performance of rubber wheel truck cab and to support the safe operation of rubber wheel truck.
