Structural Strength Analysis of Top Beam of Hydraulic Bracket
In order to further investigate the possible optimization path of the hydraulic support roof beam structure in terms of strength, the composite plate hydraulic support roof beam structure is taken as the research object, and it is determined that there is a problem of high and concentrated stress at the hinged joint between the middle longitudinal fascia plate and the front transverse fascia plate through three-dimensional modeling, mechanical analysis and finite element analysis. In this regard, the optimization is carried out by welding high-strength plates, and through the one-way experiment,it is determined that the optimal optimization effect is achieved when the length of the welded plate is 280 mm and the thickness is 14 mm.The optimization process can provide reference for subsequent field experiments.
