Optimization Design of a Mechanism for Unloading Wooden Frames in Ship Cabins
Although China has a large reserve of wood, due to the single variety and high market demand of domestic wood,a large amount of imported wood is still needed every year to fill the domestic market gap,and the most important way of wood transportation is by water. As the most important wood loading and unloading equipment in ports, the efficiency of the wood grabbing machine is limited by the placement of wood.If the transported wood can be centrally placed and successfully grabbed at once before the operation of the wood grabbing machine,it can greatly improve the work efficiency of the wood grabbing machine. The improved wooden brackets made to meet the needs of the port have low reliability and are prone to damage during use.Based on this issue, topology optimization is carried out,and a new structure is designed and simulated to meet the design requirements.
