摘要
ASB抽屉式包装机在雪茄烟生产包装过程中,只能通过人工盖印的方式在生产前将每一张商标纸提前盖好追溯码,这种方式耗时耗力,而且人工印的码深浅不稳定,易污损.为了解决这一问题,在ASB抽屉式包装机基础上,设计改造了一套自动打码装置,该装置采用轨道固定钢印方式,并在原控制系统中增加了 PLC控制命令,来控制打码时间,实现对每一盒烟进行追溯码自动盖印,改造后的生产效率较改进前提升30％,具有很好的经济效益.
Abstract
In the process of cigar production and packaging,ASB drawer-type packaging machine can only cover each piece of trademark paper with traceability code before production by manual stamping,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and the depth of the code printed by manual printing is unstable and easy to be defaced.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of ASB drawer packaging machine,a set of automatic coding device is designed and modified,which adopts the rail fixed steel printing method and adds PLC control commands in the original control system to control the coding time,realizing the automatic stamping of each box of cigarettes with the traceability code,and the productivity after the transformation is increased by 30％compared with that before the improvement,which has a very good economic benefit.
