Optimisation of Core Shearing Processing Efficiency in Distribution Transformers
The impact of cross shear line equipment performance,core structure design and production mode on shearing efficiency is comprehensively analysed,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.Through equipment upgrading,process improvement and production process optimisation,a significant improvement in shearing efficiency is achieved.The research results show that the use of multiple punching,automatic threading,process hole optimisation and other measures can effectively improve the shear efficiency and provide technical support for the sustainable development of the transformer manufacturing industry.
