摘要

为保证矫直机的生产效率、矫直精度,对现有矫直机电气系统进行改进,在原基础上新增一套随所矫板带钢的强度、原始曲率半径和来料的板形缺陷变化而自动改变矫直参数的电气系统,同时进行现场调试.通过实践表明,矫直机的矫直精度提升20%,所矫板带钢的坏品率下降10%.

Abstract

In order to ensure the production efficiency and straightening accuracy of the straightening machine,the electrical system of the existing straightening machine is improved,and a new set of electrical system is added on the basis of the original one,which automatically changes the straightening parameters according to the changes of the strength of the steel strip to be straightened,the original radius of curvature,and the defects of the incoming materials,and the on-site debugging is carried out at the same time.The practice shows that the straightening accuracy of the straightening machine is improved by 20%,and the defective rate of the straightened strip is reduced by 10%.
