Optimization Design of Belt Conveyor Tensioning Device
In view of the poor dynamic adjustment ability of the belt conveyor tensioning system,the optimal design of the belt conveyor tensioning device was carried out.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the mechanical structure of the tensioning device,the software and hardware scheme of the tensioning system is designed.Then,with AB 1769-L33ERM controller as the core,the tensioning force of the tensioning device under four working conditions of starting,stopping,braking and running is analyzed by using predictive control technology.Finally,the experimental analysis was completed.The results show that the tension force prediction error of the designed and realized belt conveyor tension device is 2.62%,the prediction accuracy can reach 93.1%,and the similarity between the predicted value and the actual value can reach 88.2%,which improves the dynamic adjustment ability of the tension system.
