面向工业厂区智能巡检机器人技术研究

基于微控制器STM32,旨在开发一款面向工业厂区智能巡检机器人,以提升工业厂区安全管理效率.该系统将采用STM32作为主控制芯片,搭载传感器、摄像头及电机驱动模块,实现对工业厂区的监控和管理.机器人将采用差速驱动方式,配备摄像头openmv,通过图像识别技术实现对工厂区域的巡视和监控.加上面包板MB102的稳压和蓄电池的供电.整体设计注重系统稳定性和可靠性,并具备一定的自主决策能力,能够应对校园内各种复杂环境.该机器人的研发将有效提升工业厂区管理水平,为工厂提供更安全、便捷的环境.
Research on Intelligent Inspection Robot Technology for Industrial Plants
Based on the microcontroller STM32,we aim to develop an intelligent inspection robot for industrial plants to improve the efficiency of safety management in industrial plants.The system will use STM32 as the main control chip,equipped with sensors,cameras and motor drive modules to realize the monitoring and management of industrial plant areas.The robot will be driven by differential drive and equipped with camera openmv to realize the inspection and monitoring of the factory area through image recognition technology.Together with the breadboard MB 102 voltage stabilization and battery power supply.The overall design focuses on system stability and reliability,and has a certain degree of autonomous decision-making ability,able to cope with a variety of complex environments on campus.The development of this robot will effectively improve the management level of industrial plants and provide a safer and more convenient environment for factories.
