煤矿主通风机管控装置优化设计与试验

针对下霍煤矿主通风机管控装置存在的故障诊断精度低、缺乏故障预测报警功能的问题,对原主通风机管控装置进行优化设计。在分析主通风机结构以及主要故障的基础上,合理布置振动传感器、速度传感器以及数据采集卡,并对采集到的传感器信号进行小波包分析、FFT分析,提取有效故障特征参数并完成试验分析。分析结果表明,优化后的煤矿主通风机管控装置故障诊断准确率可达87。1%,并能够对故障进行有效预测报警,保障了煤矿安全、稳定、高效生产。
Optimization Design and Test of Main Fan Control Device in a Coal Mine
In view of the low fault diagnosis accuracy and lack of fault prediction and alarm function of the main fan control device in Xiahuo Coal mine,the original main fan control device is optimized.On the basis of analyzing the structure of the main fan and the main faults,the vibration sensor,speed sensor and data acquisition card are rationally arranged,and the sensor signals collected are analyzed by wavelet packet analysis and FFT analysis,and the effective fault characteristic parameters are extracted and the test analysis is completed.The analysis results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of the optimized main fan control device in coal mine can reach 87.1%,and the fault can be effectively predicted and warned,which ensures the safety,stability and efficient production of coal mine.
