煤矿带式输送机自动化监控系统的设计与应用

针对镇城底矿带式输送机现控制系统存在的效率低、人员劳动强度大、能耗高等问题,基于该矿带式输送机应用现状及工作原理,设计了带式输送机自动化监控系统,介绍了该系统的硬件及软件组成,并在该矿进行了实地应用。应用结果表明:该监控系统可实现输送机远程监控,提高了人员工作效率,降低了输送机能耗约20%,取得了良好的应用效果。
Design and Application of Automatic Monitoring System for Coal Mine Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the low efficiency,high labor intensity and high energy consumption of the existing control system of the belt conveyor in Zhenchengdi Mine,based on the current situation of the belt conveyor application and the working principle of the belt conveyor in the mine,an automated monitoring system for the belt conveyor was designed,the hardware and software components of the system were introduced,and the system has been applied on the spot in the mine.The application results show that the monitoring system can realize remote monitoring of the conveyor,improve the efficiency of the personnel,reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor by about 20%,and achieve good application results.
