Integration and Transformation of Safety Protection and Voice Communication of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor
In order to further improve the safety of coal mine belt conveyor operation,a coal mine belt conveyor safety protection and voice communication fusion transformation programme is introduced.The programme consists of two parts,one is hardware,mainly including central control system,power module,voice module,data acquisition module,communication module,etc.,which is used to carry out the functions;the other is software module,mainly including voice control software,PLC control software,etc.,which is used to achieve the functions.Through simulation analysis,it can be found that the system functions well,meets the expected requirements,and can be promoted on a large scale.
