采煤机智能监控系统设计及自适应截割测试研究

为实现采煤机的自适应截割,设计采煤机智能监控系统,其硬件是以一体式隔爆兼本质安全监控为主机;软件方案模块有控制器通信、监控数据库、人机交互、顶底板曲线编辑、截割规划及自适应截割等.经功能测试,该系统能够实时监测采煤机的运行状态并随其变化;顶板、底板截割轨迹误差均值分别为0.024 m和0.021 m,可实现采煤机的自适应截割,符合滚筒调高的精度要求.
Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Coal Mining Machine and Research on Adaptive Cutting Tests
In order to realize the adaptive cutting of coal mining machine,the intelligent monitoring system of coal mining machine is designed,whose hardware is based on the one-piece explosion-proof and intrinsically safe monitor as the host,and the modules of the software program are:controller communication,monitoring database,human-computer interaction,editing of top and bottom plate curves,cutting planning and adaptive cutting.After the function test,the system can monitor the operation status of coal mining machine in real time and change with it;the average error of cutting trajectory of top plate and bottom plate is 0.024 m and 0.021 m,respectively,which can realize the adaptive cutting of coal mining machine and meet the requirement of precision of drum height adjustment.
