Research on Synchronous Control of Automobile Motor Based on Fuzzy PID Adaptive
In order to further improve the energy saving effect of excavator,a hydraulic power chassis realized by synchronous valve and electromagnetic proportional valve is developed,and the motor synchronous fuzzy PID adaptive control system is designed,and the simulation test is carried out by AMESim.The research results show that after fuzzy PID adjustment,the system is restored to the target speed by 1.75s motor,and then enters the stable running state to realize the synchronous linear walking function.Under the same load condition,the control state of synchronization accuracy is close to 0 after the fuzzy PID controller is adjusted,and the speed of the two hydraulic motor returns to the stable state of the target speed when it reaches 1.75s.The research can realize the hydraulic synchronous control system with high precision and rapid response ability,and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent parameter optimization.
