针对悬臂式掘进机电控系统存在的控制精度低、截割断面成型质量差、维护维修成本高的问题,设计臂式掘进机远程智能截割装置.悬臂式掘进机接收到远程控制指令后,利用增加的智能截割所需加速度、倾角、惯性导航等参数,经Inter Control控制器分析处理后驱动截割装置比例电磁阀,进而完成智能截割,最后完成试验分析.分析结果表明,设计并实现的悬臂式掘进机远程智能截割装置控制精度高、截割断面成型质量好,维护维修成本低,有益于提升掘进机截割效率.
Remote Intelligent Cutting Device and Analysis for Cantilever Roadheader
Aiming at the problems of low control precision,poor quality of cutting section molding,and high maintenance and repair cost of the electronic control system of cantilever type roadheader,the remote intelligent cutting device of cantilever type roadheader is designed.After receiving the remote control instruction,the cantilever roadheader uses the increased acceleration,inclination,inertial navigation and other parameters required for intelligent cutting,which are analyzed and processed by the Inter Control controller to drive the proportional solenoid valve of the cutting device to complete the intelligent cutting,and finally completes the test analysis.The analysis results show that the designed and realized remote intelligent cutting device of cantilever type roadheader has high control accuracy,good cutting section forming quality,low maintenance cost,which is helpful to improve the cutting efficiency of roadheader.
