摘要
为提高钻井作业效率与安全性,针对钻井自动化设备的改进需求展开研究,通过分析自动化设备的构成、功能、工作原理,从硬件结构优化、智能控制系统升级、数据监测与预警系统的建立、模块化设计等维度提出了改进方案设计.研究表明,改进后的自动化设备在操作稳定性、响应速度、协调性方面显著提升,作业效率提高15%以上,故障率降低30%以上,实验结果验证了本方案在复杂地质条件下的实际应用价值,研究成果可为未来钻井自动化设备的发展提供参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations,this study addresses the need for improvement of drilling automation equipment.By analysing the composition,function,and working principle of automation equipment,the study proposes the design of improvement schemes from the dimensions of hardware structure optimization,intelligent control system upgrade,establishment of data monitoring and warning system,and modularization design,etc.The study shows that the improved automation equipment has significantly improved in terms of operation stability,response speed,and coordination,and increased operation efficiency by more than 15%,and improved operation efficiency by more than 15%,Response speed and coordination are significantly improved,the operation efficiency is increased by more than 15%,and the failure rate is reduced by more than 30%.The experimental results verify the practical application value of this scheme under complex geological conditions,and the research results can provide a reference for the development of drilling automation equipment in the future.
