摘要
探讨了仪表的安装流程、常见故障及其诊断与处理策略.通过分析设备与表盘安装、管路敷设与配线安装、管路吹扫与仪表调试等关键环节,结合现场故障案例,提出了全面的解决方案.同时,针对人为故障、密封不当、振动故障以及不可预估性因素导致的故障,提出了有效的预防和处理措施,以提高火力发电厂的运行效率和安全性.
Abstract
The installation process of instrumentation,common failures and their diagnosis and treatment strategies are discussed.By analyzing the equipment and dial installation,pipeline laying and wiring installation,pipeline purging and instrumentation debugging and other key aspects,combined with the field failure cases,proposed a comprehensive solution.Meanwhile,effective preventive and treatment measures are proposed for the faults caused by human faults,improper sealing,vibration faults,and unpredictable factors,so as to improve the operation efficiency and safety of thermal power plants.
