摘要
基于MATLAB软件中的互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)工具包,使用CEEMD对数控机床振动信号进行降噪处理.通过将CEEMD应用于振动信号的分解,可以有效地降低信号中的噪音成分,提取出有用的振动信息.实验结果表明,与小波分解和经验模态分解(EEMD)两种方法相比,基于CEEMD的降噪方法可以更方便地对数控机床振动信号进行分析和处理,利于提高分析的准确度.因此,基于CEEMD的数控机床振动信号降噪分析方法具有较高的实际意义,可以为数控机床的加工设计和精度的提高提供一定的理论依据.
Abstract
Based on the Complementary Ensemble Empirical Modal Decomposition(CEEMD)toolkit in MATLAB software,the vibration signals of CNC machine tools are processed by CEEMD for noise reduction.By applying CEEMD to the decomposition of vibration signals,the noise components in the signals can be effectively reduced and useful vibration information can be extracted.The experimental results show that,compared with the wavelet decomposition and empirical modal decomposition(EEMD),the CEEMD-based noise reduction method can be more convenient to analyze the vibration signals of the numerical control machine tools,which is conducive to the improvement of the accuracy.Therefore,the noise reduction analysis method of CNC machine tool vibration signal based on CEEMD has high practical significance and can provide certain theoretical basis for the machining design and accuracy improvement of CNC machine tools.
