Research on Welding Technology of Key Position of Loader Front Frame Structure
The weld quality at the key position of the front frame structure is directly related to the overall performance and production quality of the loader,and is an important link in the loader generation process.Therefore,the research on the weld welding technology at the key position of the front frame structure of the loader is proposed.Welding wire materials were selected according to the strength and toughness of the base material,and welding parameters such as welding voltage,welding current and wire feed speed were determined.Welding welding was performed by welding robot using arc welding method,and welding was processed after welding cooling to complete the welding of key positions of the front frame structure of the loader.Through the actual case application,the hardness and fracture force of the welding place after welding are greater than that of the base material,and the welding quality is reliable.The proposed process has a good application prospect in the field of weld welding at the key position of the loader front frame structure.
