Optimization and Application of Five-Stage Overhaul Technology for Internal Windscreen of CRH380 Series Locomotives
Based on the overhaul technical conditions of CRH380 series rolling stock inner windshield,the five-level overhaul requirements of the product are clarified.In-depth analysis of the state of the returned products,from the replacement parts materials,structure and overhaul manufacturing three aspects of targeted optimization,in order to ensure the performance of the original product on the basis of improving the overhaul efficiency,enhance the expected life and reliability of the overhaul products.Finally,the effectiveness of the overhaul program is verified through testing and loading,which provides a reference for the five-level overhaul of the inner windshield of the Fuxing.
