Analysis of Manufacturing Process Design of Heads for Pressure Vessels
In order to optimize the manufacturing process of head for pressure vessel in liquid hydrogen storage and transportation equipment,a set of highly efficient head manufacturing process is designed by precisely calculating the casting expansion size and casting thickness of spinning head as well as strict blank preparation process.Combining the specific needs of liquid hydrogen storage and transportation equipment,the study particularly emphasizes the interaction of material properties,geometry and molding process,and adopts advanced processes such as laser cutting,leveling,preheating and CNC spinning to ensure the molding quality of the head.The process not only improves the physical properties and chemical stability of the head,but also meets the requirements for use in different working conditions,showing its remarkable value in improving production efficiency and material utilization.
