摘要
为进一步探究煤矿皮带运输机永磁同步电机在运行过程中的发热问题,以一台自主研究设计的永磁同步电机为例,通过建模和仿真分析方法,对该永磁同步电机在稳态和动态变化下的温度场分布情况进行研究,结果显示,该永磁同步电机各部件的温度仍在合理范围内,能够满足F级绝缘和永磁体材料N38SH的温度要求,同时温升过程对电机性能亦不产生显著影响,因此可以认为该永磁同步电机整体设计较为合理.
Abstract
In order to further explore the heating problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor during operation of coal mine belt conveyor,a self-designed permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as an example.Through modeling and simulation analysis methods,the temperature field distribution of the permanent magnet synchronous motor under steady state and dynamic change is studied.The results show that the temperature of each component of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is still within a reasonable range.It can meet the temperature requirements of F class insulation and permanent magnet material N38SH,and the temperature rise process does not have a significant impact on the motor performance,so it can be considered that the overall design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is reasonable.
