核电用316L不锈钢中厚板焊接工艺研究

某核电真空室项目主要采用316L不锈钢材料制造,根据零件结构特点,制造过程存在大量要求单面焊双面成形的焊缝,且所有焊缝均要求全熔透,同时焊缝磁导率≤1.03H/m,整体轮廓度±3mm,制造难度非常大.基于上述情况,决定进行专项科研立项攻关和研究,最终决定采用激光焊(打底)+TIG焊(填充)的焊接方法,采取理论分析与试验相结合的方式.通过对厚度为40mm中厚板进行相应的焊接工艺研究,确保焊接方法和工艺完全满足实际工程设备的需要,为项目的推进做好充分准备.
Research on the welding process of 316L stainless steel medium thick plate for nuclear power
A nuclear power vacuum chamber project is mainly made of 316L stainless steel material.According to the structural characteristics of the project parts.The manufacturing process of the project involves a large number of welds that require single-sided welding and double-sided formation,and all welds require full penetration and the weld permeability is less than or equal to 1.03H/m,and the overall contour is±3mm,so the manufacturing is very difficult.Based on the above situation,decided to carry out special scientific research projects and research,and finally decided to adopt the laser welding(base)+TIG welding(filling)welding method,adopt the combination of theoretical analysis and test.By conducting the corresponding welding process research on the 40mm medium thick plate,ensure that the welding method and process fully meet the needs of the actual engineering equipment,and make full preparations for the promotion of the project.
