焊枪喷嘴对铝合金焊接性能影响的研究

为了研究焊枪喷嘴在铝合金焊接中的影响,设计了几种不同结构的喷嘴,进行了理论分析及试验验证.分析了保护气体经过不同结构喷嘴后的出气效果.在相同工艺条件下,对不同结构的喷嘴所能达到的工作角进行了计算,并通过实际焊接试验分析不同工法下各种喷嘴对铝合金焊接性能的影响.结果表明:缩颈喷嘴最具竞争力,对焊接领域的工程应用具有一定的指导意义和参考价值.
Research on the impact of nozzle for aluminum alloy welding performance
In order to research the effect of nozzle in aluminum welding,several different structure nozzles were designed,and theoretical analysis and experimental verification were performed.The effect of gas outflow from different structural nozzles was analyzed.The working angle that can be achieved by the different nozzles were calculated under the same process conditions.And the effects of various nozzles on aluminum welding performance under different methods were analyzed through welding experiment.Results show that the neck-shrinking nozzle is the most competitive.The study of nozzles on aluminum welding in this paper have a certain guiding significance and reference value in the welding field.
