对40m m厚原油储罐用12Mn Ni VR钢板轧后离线淬火+回火和在线直接淬火+回火两种热处理工艺进行试验,分析了两种不同热处理方式下钢板组织和性能的差异.结果表明:两种热处理工艺路线均能满足12MnNiVR钢板性能要求,在线直接淬火+回火处理工艺路线的强度较好,回火工艺的温度范围适中,试验钢经模拟焊后热处理后拉伸、冲击均无明显变化.
Study on direct-quenching of 40mm thick 12MnNiVR steel for crude oil storage tank
Two heat treatment experiments of offline-quenching plus offline-tempering(Q+T)and direct-quenching plus offline-tempering(DQ+T)were conducted on steel of 12MnNiVR whose thickness is 40mm to study the otherness of the different heat treatment processes on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties.The results show that the DQ+T process has a better strength margin indicating the moderate tempering process window even though the Q+T process can also meet the performance requirements.Furthermore,the different heat treatment processes have no impact on the mechanical property after post-weld heat treatment with the performance of strength and impact results.
