摘要

30C r M o钢具有高强度、高韧性、高淬透性和良好的切削性能等特点,常用于液压支架液压缸中.为了解其性能及热处理参数,研究了30CrMo钢管在不同热处理参数下的硬度、金相组织及力学性能.结果表明:30CrMo钢管在淬火温度880℃时金相组织、强度及韧性等综合力学性能均更优.

Abstract

Due to the high strength and toughness,high hardenability and good cutting performance.It is often used in the hydrauli support cylinders.In order to understand the properties and heat treatment parameters of 30CrMo material,The paper mainly studies the hardness,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel pipes under different heat treatment parameters.The results show that the metallographic structure,strength,toughness and other comprehensive mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel pipes are better when the quenching temperature is 880℃.
