消失模铸造液态金属充型能力测试方法研究

基于影响消失模铸造液体金属充型能力的主要影响因素及工艺参数范围,研究了不同试样形状及尺寸对充型距离的影响,在此基础上,确立了一种消失模铸造液态金属充型能力的测试方法和测试试样,并设计了相应的试样成形模具.试验结果表明:该方法可以用于铸铁件消失模铸造液态金属充型能力的测试,对于研究消失模铸造充型特点及消失模铸造生产工艺的优化有较好的作用.
Research on the testing method of molten metal filling ability in lost foam casting
Based on the main influencing factors and process parameter range that affect the filling ability of molten metal in lost foam casting,the influence of different sample shapes and sizes on the filling distance was studied.On this basis,a testing method and test samples for the filling ability of molten metal in lost foam casting were established,and corresponding sample forming molds were designed.The experimental results indicate that this method can be used to test the filling ability of molten metal in lost foam casting of cast iron parts,and has a good effect on studying the filling characteristics of lost foam casting and optimizing the production process of lost foam casting.
