摘要

为分析不同工况下的双圆弧齿轮泵流量特性,使用AMESim软件对双圆弧齿轮泵进行精确建模,设定不同转速、负载压力和气体质量分数并分析其瞬时出口流量和出口流量脉动率.结果表明:转速与瞬时出口流量呈正相关,转速为3 000 r/min时的平均出口流量是转速为1 500 r/min时平均出口流量的2.17倍;负载压力与瞬时出口流量呈负相关,负载压力为6 MPa时的平均出口流量较负载压力为2 MPa时平均出口流量减小0.621 L/min;在转速为3 000 r/min、负载压力为2 MPa时,出口流量脉动率最小;出口流量脉动率与转速呈负相关,与负载压力呈正相关.油液的气体质量分数增大会加剧双圆弧齿轮泵空化现象,对流量特性造成不利影响.

Abstract

To analyze the flow characteristics of double circular arc gear pumps under different operating conditions,AMESim soft-ware was used to accurately model the double circular arc gear pump,different rotational speeds,load pressures,and gas mass fractions were set,and its instantaneous outlet flow rate and outlet flow pulsation rate were analyzed.The results show that the ro-tational speed is positively correlated with the instantaneous outlet flow rate,with an average outlet flow rate of 3 000 r/min being 2.17 times that of 1 500 r/min;the load pressure is negatively correlated with the instantaneous outlet flow rate,and the average outlet flow rate at a load pressure of 6 MPa is reduced by 0.621 L/min compared to the average outlet flow rate at a load pressure of 2 MPa;when the rotational speed is 3 000 r/min and the load pressure is 2 MPa,the outlet flow pulsation rate is the smallest;the pulsation rate of outlet flow is negatively correlated with rotational speed and positively correlated with load pressure.An in-crease in the gas mass fraction of the oil will exacerbate the cavitation phenomenon of the double circular arc gear pump,which has a negative impact on the flow characteristics.
