智能制造要求具备工业化的软件基础,工业软件的深入应用是加速制造业数字化转型的关键,制造执行系统(MES)在车间生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在未来发展中,智能制造对MES提出了模块化、组件化及平台化的需求。基于微服务的思想,首先对MES的业务功能进行微服务的划分,设计基于微服务架构的制造执行系统框架;然后提出注册中心与微服务库的绑定机制,该机制可有效应对企业业务流程的多变与动态变更;在此基础上,进一步研究如何从微服务库中选出MES所需的最优微服务与业务流程微服务,对之后基于微服务的MES开发起到参考作用。
Research on manufacturing execution system architecture based on microservices
Intelligent manufacturing requires industrialized software bases.Deep application of industrial software is the key to ac-celerating the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)plays an increas-ingly important role in workshop production.In the future development,intelligent manufacturing puts forward the demand for modularization,componentization,and platformization of the MES system.Based on microservices,first of all,the business functions of the MES system are divided into microservices,and the manufacturing execution system framework based on microser-vices architecture is designed.Then the binding mechanism of the registration center and the micro service library is proposed,which can effectively respond to the changing and dynamic changes of the business process of the enterprise.On this basis,how to select the optimal microservices and business process microservices required by the MES system from the microservices library is further studied,which plays a reference role for the development of MES system based on microservices.
