摘要

针对传统电子纱装箱封箱生产线存在的集成度低、装箱封箱效率低和人力成本高等问题,设计了一种电子纱装箱封箱自动化生产线.基于电子纱装箱封箱需求,设计了电子纱装箱封箱自动化生产线布局、组成与工作流程,研制了纱管车翻转机、工业机器人专用夹具等关键零/部件,并基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)实现了输送、装箱、称重、贴标和封箱等多工序间的通信.实际应用表明,所设计的电子纱装箱封箱自动化生产线性能稳定可靠,有效提高了生产效率与自动化水平,节约了占地空间,降低了人力成本.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low integration,low efficiency,and high labor costs in traditional electronic yarn packaging and sealing production lines,an automated electronic yarn packaging and sealing production line has been designed.Based on the requirements of electronic yarn packaging and sealing,the layout,composition,and workflow of an automated production line for electronic yarn packaging and sealing were designed.Key components such as the yarn tube turning machine and industrial robot specialized fixtures were developed.Communication between multiple processes such as conveying,packaging,weighing,labe-ling,and sealing was achieved using a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).Practical applications have shown that the de-signed automated production of electronic yarn packaging and sealing can be stable and reliable,effectively improving production efficiency and automation level,saving space,and reducing labor costs.
