摘要

针对纺机钣金车间生产过程实时监控差、准确性不足及可视化程度低等问题,提出一种基于数字孪生的纺机钣金车间可视化监控系统构建方法.首先,基于纺机钣金车间的生产要素构建其孪生几何模型,并对孪生几何模型进行轻量化处理以满足实时响应要求;然后,基于赋时Petri网设计其行为逻辑模型,并通过碰撞检测算法实现在孪生车间中的触发响应.在此基础上,结合OPC UA的信息建模、事件驱动等方法实现多种工艺路线的产品加工、在制品流转等过程的忠实映射.最后,以某纺机钣金车间为应用案例,设计开发了原型系统,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of poor real-time monitoring,insufficient accuracy and low visualization degree in the production process of spinning machine sheet metal workshop,a method of constructing visual monitoring system of spinning ma-chine sheet metal workshop based on digital twin was proposed.Firstly,the twin geometric model was constructed based on the production factors of the sheet metal workshop of the spinning machine,and the twin geometric model was lightweight to meet the real-time response requirements.Then,the behavior logic model was designed based on time-assigned Petri nets,and the trigger response in the twin shop was realized by collision detection algorithm.On this basis,the information modeling and event-driven methods of OPC UA were combined to realize the faithful mapping of product processing and product in process flow of various process routes.Finally,a prototype system was designed and developed in a spinning machinery sheet metal workshop,and the fea-sibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified.
