永磁爪型联轴器的设计与分析

提出一种基于磁斥力同步传动的新型永磁爪型联轴器(PMCC)。首先,介绍了 PMCC的结构;其次,对PMCC的结构设计问题进行了分析;再次,通过有限元仿真软件对PMCC的磁路进行计算,分别研究了 PMCC设计时的几个重要参数如磁极对数、磁钢厚度角、角向间隙对其传递扭矩特性的影响;最后,计算了采用强弱磁组合设计方案时PMCC的扭矩传递曲线。研究结果表明,可通过增加磁极对数或磁钢厚度角来增大PMCC的传递扭矩;当增大初始角向间隙时,有利于提高PMCC的弹性缓冲特性;此外,当采用强弱磁组合设计方案时,可以增大PMCC的传递扭矩和初始角向间隙。该研究可为PMCC的研发设计及其在机械传动系统的应用提供重要的参考。
Design and analysis of permanent magnet claw coupling
A novel synchronous drive Permanent Magnet Claw Coupling(PMCC)based on magnet repulsion was proposed.First-ly,the structure of PMCC was introduced.Secondly,the structural design problems of PMCC were analyzed.Thirdly,the magnet circuits of PMCC were calculated by finite element simulation software.The influences of some important parameters such as the number of pole pairs,the thickness angle of permanent magnet and the angular gap on torque transfer characteristics of PMCC were analyzed respectively.Finally,the torque curves of PMCC with strong and weak magnetic combination were calculated.The results showed that the transmission torque of PMCC can be increased by increasing number of pole pairs or thickness angle of permanent magnet.When the initial angular gap was increased,the elastic buffering characteristics of PMCC were improved.In addition,when the design scheme of strong and weak magnetic combination is adopted,it can increase the transmission torque and the initial angular gap of PMCC,which provides an important reference for the development and design of PMCC and its applica-tion in mechanical transmission system.
