齿廓修形对行星减速器啮合干涉现象影响的研究

为消除行星减速器齿轮副啮合干涉现象,以某渐开线行星减速器中单级行星齿轮为对象,以行星齿轮级传动误差、s-p啮合副啮合接触性能和齿轮副接触应力为修形评价指标,研究了其太阳轮和行星轮的齿廓修形参数对该齿轮传动性能的影响。研究表明,与未修形时相比,当对太阳轮和行星轮进行修形后,行星齿轮级传动误差、齿轮副接触应力、s-p啮合副啮合接触性能及齿轮传动的稳定性都有了极大的改善。针对齿轮修形参数的对比分析发现,当修形量在(16±4)μm(太阳轮)和(11±4)μm(行星轮)时,各项指标都达到了最优,对提高行星齿轮的传动性能和行星齿轮的修形加工具有一定的参考意义。
Study on the influence of tooth profile modification on meshing interference phenomenon of planetary reducer
In order to eliminate the meshing interference of the gear pair of the planetary reducer,the single-stage planetary gear in an involute planetary reducer was taken as the object,and the transmission error of the planetary gear level,the meshing contact performance of the s-p meshing pair and the contact stress of the gear pair were taken as the modification evaluation indexes.The influence of the tooth profile modification parameters of the sun gear and the planetary gear on the transmission performance of the gear was studied.Studies show that compared with the unmodified case,when the sun gear and the planetary gear were modified,the planetary gear level transmission error,the gear pair contact stress,the s-p meshing contact performance and the stability of the gear transmission were greatly improved.According to the comparative analysis of gear modification parameters,it is found that when the modification amount is(16±4)µm(sun gear)and(11±4)μm(planetary gear),all indexes reach the opti-mum,which has a certain reference significance for improving the transmission performance of planetary gear and the modification processing of planetary gear.
