双圆弧滚珠丝杠的滚道截型误差对摩擦力矩影响分析

针对摩擦力矩过大造成滚珠丝杠副运行过程中柔顺性降低和温升的问题,从其产生机理出发,建立具有滚道截型对称性误差和滚道半径误差的滚珠丝杠三维模型,利用赫兹接触理论基于Adams软件仿真分析了不同滚道截型误差对摩擦力矩的影响。与实测结果相比,滚道半径误差仿真模型产生的摩擦力矩均值与实测均值相对误差在11。41%以内,验证了仿真模型的有效性。通过仿真和试验表明,改变滚道半径能控制摩擦力矩的均值;控制滚道截型对称性误差能降低摩擦力矩波动范围。该结果可为降低滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩、提高柔顺性提供理论参考。
Analysis of the influence of profile error of double arc ball screw's raceway on frictional torque
Aiming at the problem of reduced flexibility and temperature rise during the operation of ball screws caused by exces-sive frictional torque,a three-dimensional model of ball screws with raceway cutoff symmetry error and raceway radius error was established from its generation mechanism and the influence of different raceway cutoff errors on frictional torque was analyzed based on Adams simulation using Hertzian contact theory.Compared to the measured results,the relative error between the average friction torque generated by the simulated model with raceway radius error and the measured average torque is within 11.41%,con-firming the effectiveness of the simulation model.The simulation experiments have shown that changing the raceway radius can con-trol the average friction torque.Controlling the symmetry error of the raceway profile can reduce the fluctuation range of the friction torque,providing a theoretical reference for reducing the friction torque of ball screw pairs and improving their smoothness.
