基于GC-MS技术分析黄芪挥发性成分

采用水蒸气回流法提取中药黄芪挥发性成分,并基于GC-MS和NIST14.L计算机谱库对中药黄芪的化学成分进行鉴定.从中药黄芪中共鉴定出56种挥发性成分,包括烷烃、酚类、烯类、醇、酯、酮、杂环等化合物,占总流出峰面积的99.2%,其中含量最高的挥发性成分为香叶醇(16.47%)、植物醇(14.73%)、二十烷(8.38%)、11-烯酸甲酯(7.43%)、柳酸苄酯(6.28%)、2,4-庚二烯醛(6.24%)、反-2-辛烯醛(4.27%)、苯乙醛(3.28%)等.结果表明:GC-MS技术能够准确快速的鉴定黄芪挥发油成分,为黄芪的进一步开发利用提供一定理论依据.
Analysis of Volatile Components in Astragalus membranaceus Based on GC-MS Technology
The steam reflux method was used to extract the volatile components of the traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus,and the chemical components of the traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus were identified using GC-MS technology equipped with the NIST14.L computer spectral library.A total of 56 volatile components were identified from the Astragalus membranaceus,including alkanes,phenols,alkenes,alcohols,esters,ketones,heterocyclic compounds and other compounds,accounting for 99.2%of the total outflow peak area.The volatile components with the highest content were aromatic like phytol(16.47%),plant alcohol(14.73%),eicosane(8.38%),methyl 11-enoate(7.43%),benzyl salicate(6.28%),2,4-heptadienal(6.24%),trans-2-octenal(4.27%),phenylacetaldehyde(3.28%),etc.The results showed that GC-MS technology was able to accurately and quickly identify the volatile oil components of Astragalus membranaceus,providing a certain theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Astragalus membranaceu.
