异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)的制备及研究

针对国内环保型非离子表面活性剂异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)工业品分子量分布宽、气味差的问题,提出了一种以金属改性催化剂制备分子量窄分布、低气味异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)的工业生产路线,并对催化剂金属负载量、催化剂用量、反应温度、催化剂寿命等进行了研究,在催化剂金属负载量为:Ca4.0%、Mg3.0%、Zn2.5%,催化剂用量1.5%,反应温度160℃的优化条件下,可制备出分子量分布在1.143~1.148,异十三醇残留在0.40%以下的产品.产品与进口同类产品有更低表面张力,更适用于下游应用市场的发展.
Preparation and Research of Isotridecanol Polyoxyethylene Ether(5)
Isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(5)is a domestic environmental friendly non-ionic surfactant.In view of the problems of broad distribution and bad odor of the industrial products,an industrial production route that uses metallic modified catalysts to prepare isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(5)with narrow molecule weight distribution and low-odor was proposed,and the catalyst metal load,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,catalyst life were optimized.Under the condition that the metal load of catalyst was Ca 4.0%,Mg 3.0%,Zn 2.5%,the amount of catalyst was 1.5%,and the reaction temperature was 160 ℃,products with the molecular weight distributed at 1.143~1.148 and the isotridecanol residue below 0.40%could be prepared.Compared with similar imported products,the product has lower surface tension and is more suitable for the development of downstream application market.
