丙烯酸丁酯熔融接枝回收高密度聚乙烯的研究

采用熔融接枝方法,制备了回收高密度聚乙烯接枝丙烯酸丁酯(RHDPE-g-BA),并通过红外光谱对产物进行了定性定量表征.考察了熔融接枝温度、螺杆转速、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)用量、引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对接枝率的影响.结果表明,在反应温度220℃、主机螺杆转速频率5 Hz、引发剂DCP质量分数0.12%、BA用量12g时可获得接枝率达3.27%的接枝产物.
Study on the Recovery of High Density Polyethylene by Melt Grafting of Butyl acrylate
Butyl acrylate grafted recycle high density polyethylene(RHDPE-g-BA)was prep-ared by melt reaction extruding.By regulating the molten grafting temperature,Screw rotation speed,butyl acrylate dosage,initiator(DCP)dosage and other conditions,the effects of these factors on the grafting yield were studied.The product was characterized qualitatively and quantitatively by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Experimental results show that grafting products with a grafting yield of 3.27%can be obtained under appropriate conditions.
