摘要

利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱方法(SPME-GC-MS)分析黄绿蜜环菌的挥发油成分,构建快速鉴定黄绿蜜环菌挥发油成分分析方法.从黄绿蜜环菌挥发油中鉴定出烷、酯、酮、酸、醛等52个成分,占色谱峰总数的65%,占总峰面积的98.63%.其中主要成分有11种,为丁基二乙基硼烷(4.26%)、2-甲基十二烷(4.87%)、环戊烷十一酸甲酯(3.24%)、棕榈酸(7.87%)、正十六烷(6.74%)、己基环戊烷(5.43%)、正十七烷(6.24%)、2,9-二甲基癸烷(8.42%)、亚油酸甲酯(10.94%)、2-甲基二十烷(12.23%)、7-己基二十烷(10.57%)等.为黄绿蜜环菌的进一步研究及开发利用提供了理论依据.

Abstract

To construct an analytical method for rapid identification of volatile oil components of Armillaria luteo-virens.The SPME-GC-MS method was employed to analyze the volatile oil components of SPME-GC-MS.A total of 52 compounds were identified,accounting for 65%of the total number of chromatographic peaks and 98.63%of the total peak area.These components mainly consist of alkanes,esters,ketones,acids,aldehydes,and others.There are 11 main components,including butyl diethylborane(4.26%),2-methyldodecane(4.87%),methyl cyclopentane undecanoate(3.24%),palmitic acid(7.87%),n-hexadecane(6.74%),hexylcyclopentane(5.43%),n-heptadecane(6.24%),2,9-dimethyldecane(8.42%),methyl linoleate(10.94%),2-methyleicosane(12.23%),and 7-hexyleicosane(10.57%).These findings contributed to a better understanding of the volatile components of Armillaria luteo-virens and provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of related foods,health products,and drugs.
