Parecoxib sodium was prepared using 5-methyl-3,4-diphenylisoxazole through a series reaction including chlorosulfonation,amination,propionylation,and salt formation,with a total yield of 66.7%.The product structure was confirmed by MS and NMR.The raw materials of this process are cheap and easy to obtain,and the cost is low,which is suitable for the requirements of industrial production.
