含苯并噻唑结构的吡唑类衍生物设计、合成及除草活性研究

为寻求高活性的吡唑类除草剂新品种,以苯唑草酮为先导化合物,基于药效团拼接原理,设计并合成了 11个含苯并噻唑结构的吡唑类衍生物,所得化合物的结构经过氢谱、碳谱和高分辨质谱表征确认,并对其合成方法进行了条件优化.初步除草活性测试结果表明,化合物6-氟苯并[d]噻唑-2-(5-羟基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基)甲酮((1)d)和5-氯苯并[d]噻唑-2-(5-羟基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基)甲酮((1)i)表现出良好的稗草和反枝苋抑制生长活性,具有进一步的应用和研究潜力.
Design,Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity Evaluation of Novel Pyrazole Compounds Containing Benzothiazole Motifs
In order to find new pyrazole herbicides with high activity,11 benzothiazole-containing pyrazole derivatives were designed and synthesized based on the principle of active pharmacophore splice,using topramezone as the leading compound.The structures of the corresponding compounds were confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS.In addition,the synthetic method was optimized.Furthermore,in the preliminary testing of herbicide activity,compounds(1)d and(1)i showed good growth inhibition activity against barnyard grass and amaranthus retroflexus,which has further research potential.
