环氧丙烯酸酯改性衣康酸基水性UV树脂的制备及性能研究

摘要
以衣康酸、1,4-丁二醇、甘油、环氧丙烯酸酯为原料经熔融缩聚制备了一系列环氧丙烯酸酯改性衣康酸基水性UV树脂.产物结构经红外、酸值和羟值表征确证.对树脂的固化时间以及涂膜性能如铅笔硬度、柔韧性、附着力、耐水性进行了测试.结果表明当加入质量分数10%的环氧丙烯酸酯时,综合性能较好,其固化时间为8 s,铅笔硬度为5H.
Abstract
A series of epoxy acrylic modified itaconic acidbased waterborne UV resins were prepared by melt polycondensation of itaconic acid,1,4-butanediol,glycerol and epoxy acrylate.Their chemical structures were confirmed by IR,acid value and hydroxyl value.The curing time of resins and properties of cured films including pencil hardness,flexibility,adhesion and water resistance were also investigated.Results showed that when the content of epoxy acrylic is 10% ,the resin had the best overall performance and exhibited excellent performance in pencil hardness(5H)and curing time(8 s).
